HONOLULU (Island News) — Today, a cold front is moving south and will stop just north of Kauai. This will cause light winds from the north over Kauai, bringing some clouds and rain.
For the rest of the islands, lighter winds from the southeast will keep clouds and showers mostly on the windward side of the Big Island, while the leeward sides will be drier. After sunrise, sea breezes will bring some clouds and showers to the leeward and interior areas. But overall, rain will be limited as dry air moves in, making the weather more stable.
This pattern of light winds and sea breezes is expected to continue throughout the week and into the weekend.
However, from Tuesday to Wednesday, a small disturbance in the atmosphere could cause more rain in some areas. After that, the weather will likely dry up again for the end of the week and weekend…
