HONOLULU (Island News) — Weather is nice and clear because of light winds coming down from the mountains. However, around noon, clouds will start to form over the mountains and inland areas.
Tonight, some areas might see a few light showers, especially where winds meet. The air is stable, with the temperature layer higher up than it was yesterday.

These breezes will bring clouds and light rain, mainly at night, especially in areas where the winds meet. The east and southeast sides of Maui and the Big Island may get a little more rain in the evening.
Starting Sunday, winds from the south will bring more moisture to the islands, making it a little wetter on Kauai, Oahu, and Niihau for the first half of next week. Maui and the Big Island will still have mostly stable weather with just a bit more rain in the afternoons and evenings…
