KALIHI, Hawaii (Island News) – The Honolulu Fire Department classified a Kalihi house fire that was reported on April 5, as incendiary.
HFD Investigators reported that the origin of the fire came from the third floor. The Accelerant Detection Canine Team alerted Officials of the presence of an ignitable liquid near the third floor.
