Student ‘conflict’ triggers brief lockdown at Kapolei High

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Kapolei High School went on a brief lockdown Thursday morning.

The Hawaii State Department of Education said a lockdown was issued just before 10:30 a.m. “out of an abundance of caution due to a conflict involving a group of students.”

Officials said police were called to the campus and the lockdown was lifted after about 30 minutes…
