HONOLULU (Island News) — Honolulu’s mayor issues an urgent call to action for people to help with Hawaii’s chronic homeless problem.
Getting homeless residents help they may not even realize they need is the goal of the Assisted Community Treatment program, but the city needs help to make it work.
