The Honolulu Police Department is actively seeking a suspect in connection with an attempted murder that occurred earlier this month. A social media post from the department identifies the suspect as 38-year-old Issachar Meafou, who is described as a Samoan male, standing 5-foot-9 and weighing 240 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, and a distinctive “S” tattoo on his left cheek. In the early hours of April 17, at approximately 3:55 am, it is alleged that Meafou fired multiple shots at a group of males located at a gaming establishment near Sunny’s Mart in the Kalihi area, according to the Honolulu Police Department’s official Facebook page.
