Construction of Kuilei Place, a new condominium complex in Honolulu’s Mō‘ili‘ili neighborhood, began in April. The project, a collaboration between BlackSand Capital and the Kobayashi Group, will provide over 1,000 homes on a 3.15-acre site. As of now, 85% of the residences have already been sold, according to the Office of the Governor.
Governor Josh Green, M.D. stated, “This project represents real progress toward increasing housing opportunities for local families.” Kuilei Place is a new housing development that will include a lap pool, fitness centers, dog parks, and views of Diamond Head and the Ko‘olau Mountains.
