HONOLULU (Island News) — Honolulu Police reported that the cell towers in the Windward areas are now fully operational and service has been restored for all affected cellular carriers on Sunday morning.
This comes after police announced on Saturday that areas on the Windward side were experiencing service outages after cell towers were vandalized.
Carriers such as Verizon reported limited service in various parts of the island like the North Shore on Saturday afternoon.
