HONOLULU (KHON2) — A pawn shop in Kalihi was robbed on the afternoon of May 20, the Honolulu Police Department said on social media.
The incident occurred around 2 p.m. when one suspect pepper sprayed an employee and stole jewelry from a display case, HPD said.

Authorities say there was also a second suspect involved in the robbery, and both fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The identities of the individuals is unknown at this time, and HPD has opened an investigation into the incident.
