HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – You may have heard of Dubai chocolate made famous on social media. Now La Tour Bakehouse is offering a local twist on the milk chocolate treat invented in Dubai.
The Dubai version is filled with a sweet cream made from ground pistachios, tahini paste and finely chopped kataifi — a thin pastry made from shredded filo dough often used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean desserts.
