HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A measure aimed at protecting children, and others who are vulnerable, from torture is now law in Hawaii.
Gov. Josh Green signed Senate Bill 281 last week into law, clearly defining torture and designating it as Class A felony, the most serious type of felony.
