EWA BEACH, Hawaii (Island News) — A father was arrested and charged in Ewa Beach for allegedly threatening to stab his kids.
Andy Siano, 33, is accused of threatening to stab his 11-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son with a dangerous object on Thursday.
