HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Philippine government is working to strengthen connections between Filipinos in Hawaii and their home country.
Consul General Arman Talbo says the Philippines is supporting local businesses and importers of Filipino goods like Seafood City, Ramar Foods, and East West Marketing, to minimize the potential negative impact from tariffs.
“We listen to our business people and help them find ways to help them facilitate the flow of goods from the Philippines to Hawaii. And in another aspect we are also trying to help them be mainstream,” Talbo said…
