Honolulu police arrest ex-bookkeeper for alleged $460k embezzlement

HONOLULU (Island News) – The Honolulu Police Department arrested the former bookkeeper of The Legislative Center Inc. on a $400,000 warrant for allegedly stealing about $460,000 from managed associations.

According to the Attorney General’s Investigation Division, Jerry Goode was arrested after an extensive investigation.

Goode faces 64 felony counts, including Theft in the First and Second Degree and Forgery in the Second Degree, for alleged crimes committed between 2017 to 2023…
