HONOLULU (Island News) — Could the city be on the hook for close to $500,000 owed to retiring Honolulu Police Department (HPD) Chief Joe Logan?
According to Hawaii Pacific University criminology professor and former Circuit Court judge Randal Lee, it depends if he voluntarily retired or was forced out.
