Outgoing Honolulu Police Chief Joe Logan seeks pay for contract term

HONOLULU (Island News) – Outgoing Honolulu Police Chief Joe Logan is demanding the City pay him for the remaining two years of his contract.

The City and County of Honolulu confirmed to Island News it recently received a letter making the demand. However, they would not release a copy of it, citing a state law protecting certain government records from disclosure.

Island News has reached out to Chief Logan’s attorney for a statement but have not heard back at this time…
