Communities hold rallies to commemorate 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Communities across Hawaii came together to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act on Friday.

The ADA prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in U.S. society, protecting employment, education, transportation, and access to public and private services, programs, and activities.
