HONOLULU (KHON2) — Former Honolulu Police Chief Joe Logan has filed a lawsuit against the City and County of Honolulu and Mayor Rick Blangiardi.
The court papers were filed on Thursday, July 31, just after 9:30 p.m., where Logan alleges whistleblower retaliation and intentional infliction of emotional distress following what he said was his refusal to comply with what he believed were illegal demands.
