The Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace is staying open and ready to welcome shoppers, offering more than 400 local vendors selling everything from back-to-school essentials to unique holiday gifts. Samantha Spain, Community Relations and Communications Specialist for Aloha Stadium, joined Living808 to share how the popular marketplace will continue to operate during the stadium’s demolition and construction.
The swap meet remains at its usual location surrounding Aloha Stadium, open every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday through the Main Salt Lake Boulevard Gate 1. This fall, it will make a seamless move to its temporary home in the Upper Halawa Lot, ensuring there’s no gap in service for shoppers or vendors.
The new location will feature an upgraded food court and rest area at the Ho‘okipa Hale tent, complete with food trucks, live music, and entertainment. There will also be new retail units offering a mini brick-and-mortar feel for select vendors, alongside regular pop-up tents and flea market sellers…
