Honolulu VA Medical Center set to receive upgrades

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Department of Veterans Affairs announced Thursday they are putting an extra $800 million this year into facility improvements nationwide, and a portion of that money will be allocated to Honolulu’s facility.

The Honolulu VA Medical Center projects include modernizing generator systems, upgrading the Center for Aging HVAC, renovating the kitchen at building 110, and making repairs in the Ambulatory Care Clinic.
