HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Just a year and a half after receiving a multimillion-dollar payment from the city, Jonaven Perkins-Sinapati will spend 10 years in federal prison.
Back in May, the 39-year-old from Waianae accepted a deal to plead guilty to firearms and drug offenses after he was found with a ghost gun, ammunition, and more than 100 grams of meth in May 2024.
