Skull believed to be iwi kupuna discovered in sand dunes at Pokai Bay

WAIANAE (HawaiiNewsNow) – Someone digging in the sand dunes at Pokai Bay Thursday uncovered a skull believed to be iwi kupuna.

The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources responded, along with members of the nonprofit Koa Ike Foundation.
