Sold-out concert at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum released 200 additional tickets

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum has partnered with Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to celebrate the end of WWII’s 80th anniversary with a variety of events this weekend.

“We have a weekend full of fun activities for all ages,” said Janeen Woellhof, chief of staff at the museum. “We’re going to start off with our flight adventures, which is RC aircraft flying and we’ll be offering other activities, like STEM and aviation-related activities.”

The fun is intended to be interactive for everyone. Activities will run throughout the weekend from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 30 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Aug. 31.

The much-anticipated Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band concert with opener Makaha Sons sold out quickly. For those still interested in attending, the museum released 200 more tickets the morning of Aug. 28…
