HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – College students three months from receiving their diploma can begin applying for state jobs.
The Department of Human Resources Development (DHRD) is accepting applications from students earning their bachelor’s degree for entry-level professional classes of work open to degrees in any field of study.
“This is one part of our overall effort to address civil service vacancies,” said department director Brenna Hashimoto. “This will allow students to get into real jobs sooner and hopefully ease the shortage of workers needed to properly serve the public.”…
