A local resident has expressed his bewilderment after his property was subjected to an odd ‘ban’ by the neighborhood Homeowners Association (HOA). The management company served a notice that appeared to prohibit the use of a common everyday item in his home, leaving him utterly confused.
The resident posted a picture of the notice on Reddit, along with his exasperated caption: “Stop charging your cell phone, apparently.
