KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) — A Honolulu police officer was arrested on suspicion of family abuse on Tuesday.
An investigation is underway after Honolulu Police Department (HPD) officer Tyler Kerch, 33, was arrested at the Kapolei police station on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 16.
