HONOLULU (Island News) — Rising costs can impact more than just people. It also affects animals.

Some are concerned higher expenses could have an impact on Oahu’s feral pet populations.

Kapolei resident Jessica Gonzalez has to spend time at Toe Beans and Dreams to get her fill of felines, because at home her pet dog doesn’t get along with cats.
