HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Department of the Prosecuting Attorney has declined to charge the man accused of stabbing and killing a woman in Kalihi on Monday, Sept. 15.
Officials said the 27-year-old man arrested in connection to the deadly stabbing was defending himself at the time of the incident.

Honolulu police responded to the incident shortly before 8:30 p.m., after an argument was reported between the 27-year-old and the 57-year-old female victim.
