KALIHI, Hawaii (Island News) — A man was severely injured after getting into an accident riding an electric scooter in Kalihi on Saturday night.
Paramedics responded to the accident involving a man in his 50s at around 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 4. The e-scooter rider lost control of his vehicle in the area of N King Street and Pulaa Lane in Kalihi, resulting in a severe head injury.
The patient was treated at the scene then taken to an emergency room in critical condition…
