The public has a once-in-a-decade chance to get involved with the City and County of Honolulu Charter, and all ideas are welcome.
The Honolulu Charter Commission meets once every 10 years to look at significant updates to how the City operates and what changes might be necessary to the Charter, which is the City’s constitution.
