What some have called a train to nowhere is going places. Honolulu’s Skyline opens up phase 2 later this week, and many think it is a game changer.
The new route opens up stops at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Keehi Lagoon and the Kalihi Transit Center.
