Pearl City resident and Honolulu Police Department Officer, Tiare Perry profoundly defines the heart and soul of inspiration and compassion for the communities and people she serves and protects while on patrol each day.
Officer Perry was on patrol back in April of this year when the call came through of a situation in Pearl City that involved a woman standing on a building ledge on the 32nd floor.
