Trial date set for road rage suspect Nathaniel Radimak

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Notorious interstate road rage suspect Nathaniel Radimak was in court on Oct. 22 for a mental health evaluation following his alleged attack on two women in Kakaʻako back in May.

Radimak was originally on parole after being charged with a road rage incident in California. He was approved for an interstate transfer to Hawaiʻi in January as a result of an agreement between the Aloha and Golden States.

Road rage suspect’s arraignment delayed after assault in custody

Since his arrival in the islands, multiple complaints allege wrongdoing on Radimak’s behalf — an Oʻahu woman alleged that he attempted to punch her at a Honolulu gym in April, and he was recorded on surveillance footage allegedly attacking two women in May.

Radimak was charged with assault and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle following the Kakaʻako incident, which he pleaded not guilty to on May 22.
