The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation (HDOT) has announced the Priority Multimodal Network. This initiative includes 113 projects to improve pedestrian, bicycle, and transit access on state highways. The announcement was made in Honolulu. The network will add shared-use paths, protected bike lanes, sidewalks, and transit facilities.
