Two men indicted in scheme to sell fake house deeds

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A grand jury indicted two men allegedly behind a scheme to steal residential properties.

Eldon Simer, 41, and Guy Villanueva, 30, are accused of forging and recording fake deeds before selling them, or attempting to sell them, to unsuspecting buyers.
