HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu police have arrested a suspect wanted in a robbery and kidnapping case following an incident at Nimitz Beach on Nov. 24.
HPD said around 7 p.m., a father and his two children, ages seven and three, were preparing to leave the beach when an unknown male approached their truck and asked for a ride.

When the father declined, the suspect shoved him to the ground, entered the vehicle and drove off with the children inside.
