Shark spotted at Kahe Beach Park

KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) — A non-aggressive shark was seen in the waters of Kahe Beach Park on Tuesday.

Lifeguards have posted warning signs after a non-aggressive 10 to 15-foot tiger shark was seen 100 yards offshore of Kahe Beach Park at lifeguard tower 40. The shark sighting was confirmed on Tuesday prompting an alert at 3 p.m. about the shark being in the beach waters.
