Lawsuit alleges 15-month-old was abused at Navy day care facility

HONOLULU — The parents of a toddler who was abused at a Navy day care in Hawaii are suing the federal government.

Two women were prosecuted in civilian court, but the lawsuit also names others who were part of the alleged abuse and negligence.
