WAIPAHU, Hawaii (KHON2) — A 19-year-old man was severely injured after he was hit by a car on his e-bike in Waipahu.
Around 6:45 p.m., the young man was struck by a car while riding his e-bike near Waipahu Street and Malakeke Street.
