HONOLULU (KHON2) — If you notice something in your community that needs attention, like dead streetlights or dangerous sidewalks, the City and County of Honolulu has a new and improved outlet for you to report issues to.
Honolulu unveiled its new HNL 311 website and mobile app on Dec. 1, which allows Oʻahu residents to bring attention to non-emergency issues directly to the city online.
More than 70 service categories are available on the app. To request a service, users can select which service is required, pinpoint the location that needs the service and add details or photos.
