The Board of Water Supply urges customers to be wary of individuals claiming to be from the utility company, who do not have official City & County of Honolulu identification badges, are not wearing BWS-branded attire, or not driving an official BWS-marked vehicle.
Residents are urged to be vigilant, especially during the busy holiday season.
