HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization dedicated to aiding first responders, paid off the mortgage of a fallen Honolulu Police Officer who died on duty in 2023.
Officer Bill Sapolu of Waipahu died on Aug. 8, 2023 after a motorcycle crash as he was responding to a call. Sapolu donated his organs to help save the lives of others.
