HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Tenants at Union Plaza say they have been living without electricity for weeks, prompting growing anger and a planned protest outside the home of former landlord Chad Waters.
According to the Honolulu Tenants Union, kūpuna, families, and residents with disabilities have been without power since early October.
