On December 9, 2025, the Hawaiʻi Department of Health (DOH) issued a red placard to Himalayan Kitchen LLC at 1137 11th Ave., Suite 205 in Kaimuki, Honolulu. The restaurant was ordered to close due to problems with refrigeration and other health code violations.
During a routine inspection, DOH inspectors found several issues.
