HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Roads are reopened after a contractor working for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) struck a lateral gas line Friday.
According to HART leadership, they were working near Dillingham Boulevard and Kokea Street.
