Paraglider, 68, killed after crashing into Hawaiian mountain

Reports from the island of Oahu stated that a 68-year-old paraglider had died after crashing into the mountains.

The Honolulu Fire Department said they received a phone call around 2:18 p.m., with reports of a paraglider stuck on a mountain 150 yards above Kalanianaole Highway. The fire department said the incident occurred in the Makapuu Ridge area in Waimanalo on the island of Oahu, according to ABC affiliate KITV and the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
