HONOLULU (KHON2) — There are some new improvements at Honolulu Airport that officials say are meant to make the travel experience smoother and better, which they say will keep people flying in and out of the islands.
Traveling means a lot of sitting and waiting, so having good food options at the airport is a great perk.

“It’s important,” said Len Land, a traveler. “I mean, when we travel, we get there early and have some breakfast or lunch depending on what time of day it is.”
“The food on the airplane is not that good,” said Linda Hoag, traveler. “As long as the flight’s safe, I don’t care about the food. But it is nice to have some good food while you’re waiting.”…
