HONOLULU (KHON2) — As of 5:34 p.m. on Dec. 14, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Kaua’i, O’ahu and Ni’ihau until late Monday night.
The NWS says flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. They also tell people to expect closures in areas with roads and low-lying areas prone to runoff, overflowing streams and flooding.
