HONOLULU (Island News) — JINYA Ramen Bar located in Ward Village will be closing in early February resulting in the loss of dozens of jobs.
JINYA Ramen Bar, a franchise of Japanese restaurant that serves ramen and sushi, will shutter its doors on Feb. 9, 2026, according to a notice letter from the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations on Dec. 9, 2025. The 86 employees at the restaurant will be laid off when it closes next year.
