HONOLULU (KHON2) — Four people, including two keiki, are in serious condition following a crash on the H-1 Freeway eastbound in the Kapolei area, Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said.
First responders first arrived at the scene at approximately 6:15 a.m. on Dec. 17, EMS said.
At the scene, there was a multi-vehicle crash on the Wakea offramp, which closed all eastbound lanes on the freeway, according to an HNL Alert.
